The cost of this over the top, scrumptious dinner buffet complete with entertainment is $55.00 per person.
For those without RSVP, it will be $65.00 per person at the door but you will have comfortable seating!


RSVP and pay before October 11, 2008, the dinner will be discounted to $40.00 per person.

As an added incentive to prepay at the $40.00p/p discounted price, we will have a drawing for a room at the Bridge Raton Bridge Hotel for that evening of Nov. 1 (apx. value $150.00 hotel rate and no cash value for the winner). You are eligible for the drawing when payment is received or postmarked by October 11, 2008. Our lucky member will be notified by Oct 15.

The auction items will be on display for you to admire and bid on throughout the evening, with bidding ending at approximately 9:30pm. We have a competitive group AND always have some interesting "bidding" going on at your Holiday Party and Charity Event. We will be able to accept Visa or MasterCard (may charge fee?) and of course, cash and checks. You may find some really cool gifts you didnít know you needed for your early holiday shopping! It is not mandatory to particpate in the silent auction but it is mandatory to have a great time!

7:00 p.m. ~ Scrumptious light hors díoeuvres and premium cocktails (cash bar)

8:00 p.m.(ish) ~ Holiday Dinner Buffet

9:30 p.m. (or so) ~ Bidding closes for Silent Auction - Item goes to the highest bidder.

11:00 pm ~ Good Night (Maybe an after THE party ~ party? TBA)
